Location: Klang, Selangor
1. Job Purpose
To operate machinery and equipment efficiently and safely in accordance with company standards to produce high-quality labels and packaging products, while ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP, and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
2. Key Responsibilities
· Machine Operation: Operate printing, cutting, or labeling machines as per production schedule and instructions.
· In-Process Checks: Conduct regular in-process inspections to ensure product quality and record results.
· Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely and correctly.
· Maintenance Support: Perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment. Report any malfunctions.
· Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area in accordance with 5S principles.
· Documentation: Accurately complete production logs, inspection records, and material usage forms.
· Compliance: Follow all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards set by the company.
· Teamwork: Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and quality inspectors to meet production targets.
3. Job Requirements
· Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Technical/vocational certification is an advantage.
· Experience: 0–2 years in a manufacturing environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Skills: Basic machine operation, ability to read job sheets/specs, and follow SOPs.
· Physical: Able to stand for long hours, lift materials (within safety limits), and perform manual tasks.
· Attributes: Punctual, responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player.
4. Working Conditions
- Shift work may be required (Morning / Afternoon / Night)
- Overtime and weekend work depending on production needs
- Exposure to noise, ink, and packaging materials (PPE provided)
