How long does it take for my order to arrive?
West Malaysia: 3-5 working days ; East Malaysia: 5-7 working days

How do you deliver my order in Malaysia?
We will be using courier services, third-party transport services (eg. Grab, Lalamove and etc.) or own transportation. You will receive an email from us on the delivery date and please note that delivery time will be from 9am to 5pm. Please remain contactable during this delivery period and ensure there is a person to receive the order. Re-delivery of your order may incur delivery charges.

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will provide our customers tracking number.

What can I do when I received damaged good(s) during delivery?
If you noticed that the package (unopened package) is damaged, do not sign in the ‘Proof of Delivery’ form. Please reject it at the doorstep so you don’t have to trouble yourself to return it.

You may return it and it should be done as soon as possible in order to be refunded. To return your damaged item, you may do so by contacting us at 03-3323 0695 and we will assist you on the process of returning. For more details, please visit our Return & Refund Policy here.

What can I do if I did not receive my order? 
If you did not receive your order after two weeks from the day you received order fulfilment email from us, you can check with your local post office. If they are unable to locate your order, you can contact us so we are able to provide more information about your order.

What is StickOn working hours?
We work during weekdays, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Malaysia time (GMT +8).

What is StickOn response time?
Our response time is within 24 hours after you contact us. Please note that our response time will be more than 24 hours when you contact us during weekends or public holidays.

Is the shipping price showed during checkout includes shipping or import tax?
No, you have to pay for the shipping or import tax (if applicable) when you receive your package.

Are you able to provide the cost estimate for the shipping or import taxes?
We can estimate the cost for shipping but we are not able to estimate import taxes. You can check with your local customs office or post office for more information.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, only if the order is still on pending status.

  • Please contact us with the message title “Request to cancel order” in order to inform us about the cancellation order.
  • Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancelled.

What if I receive a faulty product(s) and how can I do a refund?

However, an inspection check is conducted on every product to make sure that they are in good condition before sending it to our customers. This is to ensure good buying experience for all our customers so they do not need to think about refund and enjoy their purchase.

Can I do an exchange for another product after receiving my order?
No, We only provide a one-to-one exchange on any faulty product. Once the product(s) are sold, we are unable to offer refund.
