Job Title: Inventory & Operations Manager

Reports To: Operations Head / Director
Location: Klang, Selangor
1. Job Purpose
To oversee inventory control, order fulfilment, and daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow, accurate stock management, timely delivery, and efficient coordination across departments in an online label converting business.
2. Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Manage and monitor raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
- Ensure stock accuracy, proper labelling, and systematic storage
- Plan and control inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstock
- Coordinate with purchasing and suppliers for timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
Order Fulfilment & Operations
- Oversee online order processing, production scheduling, packing, and dispatch
- Coordinate with production, customer service, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines
- Monitor order status and resolve operational issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for packing, shipping, and documentation
System & Process Control
- Maintain accurate records in inventory / accounting systems (e.g. AutoCount or similar)
- Improve operational workflows and inventory processes for efficiency
- Ensure proper documentation for deliveries, returns, and adjustments
Team & Coordination
- Supervise and guide operations / warehouse staff
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
- Provide training on inventory handling and operational procedures
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare inventory, operational, and fulfilment reports for management
- Support audits and internal reviews
- Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, and compliance with company policies
3. Job Requirements
Education: Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
Experience:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in inventory, operations, or warehouse management
- Experience in manufacturing, printing, or converting industry is an advantage
Skills:
- Strong inventory control and operational planning skills
- Familiar with inventory / accounting systems (AutoCount, SQL, or similar)
- Good coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Language: English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage
Attributes:

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
4. Working Conditions
- Office and warehouse-based environment
