Delivery & Shipping Policy
- We ship worldwide. Street names and Postcode must be accurate and correct.
- NO P.O. Box Address.
- If the packaging seal is opened or damaged, DO NOT accept the parcel and contact your carrier company.
- If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please contact the carrier service within a stipulated timeframe for the next delivery or pick up.
- If the order is not collected within the stipulated time, the order may be disposed by the carrier company or customs on unsuccessful clearance and there shall not be any refund for the amount purchased for that order.
- We only use standard packaging materials for all orders.
- We shipped ONLY ONCE. Always ensure the delivery address is accurate and there must be someone presence during the receiving. Otherwise, the rearranged delivery charges will be bear at your own cost.
- A standard shipping & handling fee will be auto-generated during the checkout process. *(The shipping rate is subjected to change without prior notice).
- STRICTLY NO REFUND for shipping & handling charges.
- All orders are dispatched and delivered by the designated carrier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
How We Estimate Delivery Time
StickOn uses the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. We aim to be as accurate as possible when estimating delivery time.
Once you’ve placed an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details. Once your item has prepared for shipment and ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email with carrier and tracking information.
However, actual delivery dates are subject to change based on a number of conditions, including:
- Pre-Orders and Customize products (by request).
- Peak online sales and promotional periods.
- Out of stock.
- Before or during holiday seasons, delivery time will be longer.
- Delay of pick-up time by transporter due to weather conditions.
StickOn's estimated shipping and delivery time commence upon order confirmation. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received by StickOn.
Order confirmation and closing time is before 12pm from Monday to Friday (except public holidays and considered the next business working day where applicable).
Confirmed orders will be processed within the next working day, excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
For customize products, StickOn designs to your specifications and will provide you a “ships in” + date range, which is the approximate date range by which your order will ship from the factory.
